A quote from the amazing Piet Oudolf... A reminder that gardens are not static. Unlike buildings, paintings, pottery, or other artwork, gardens continually evolve. They don't stay the same as they are designed, sometimes (usually) not even installed as designed. The gardener continually edits weeds and overly aggressive plants, allows others to expand and escape their original placement. Sometimes something new is needed. Many times the gardener's own evolution changes their view of the garden and what it should be.
Where do you find inspiration for your garden? Has anything changed your view or expectation of what a garden can be?
